GOING WILD IN FOTA

On Saturday afternoon some of our u14 squad along with their coaches headed to Fota House to take part in the Wild Air Run obstacle course. The course consisted of a series of inflatable obstacles spread out over a 5k grassland route culminating in a massive water slide. The girls showed great enthusiasm over the whole course and completed it in record time.

Afterwards they had a picnic on the grounds of Fota House and some of the girls brought along their hurleys and had puck around. Thankfully no windows were broken. Then they strolled through the gardens enjoying the local flora and fauna and imitating the primates in residence not far away. A great afternoon was had by all.
