Our championship campaign began tonight with an away game in Kilworth. We fielded a team of 14, consisting of girls from our minor panel up to our adult players. Facing a Kilworth side with almost double the number of players to choose from, our girls put in a huge effort and gave it their all till the final whistle blew. Its the first step on an exciting road for this team where achievements are continually exceeding expectations.Well done to everybody involved.
